Cute. But needs some editing to become the card I had in mind. Using the pen tool I selected just the cat and the pumpkin she had her head in.
I added shadows to give her some grounding and adjusted layers to make her stand out more. I also adjusted and smoothed out some of her cat lines ;) To make to the card complete I added some fun graphics semi inspired from the old cartoon Charlie Brown. This looks great! You did a nice job picking a fun font, it's squishy but not overly so and is reminiscent of the fonts they use on candy bags. The bats look cute with their little eyes and I still love the whole concept with the kitty exploring the pumpkin.
